Most assignments are for 2 weeks unless the clients wants you for long, or you ask them if you can come back and stay longer the next time. Some jobs you can only manage 2 weeks. Very intense

So once you get used to your client it could be 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. In between you would go to another client if you choose

Thank you Carin. I was not sure how long assignments could be and if live in carers work on a rota basis for example 2 weeks on then a few days off. Or if you work for full term of assignment then get time off.

What do you mean by rota work. We normally work 2 weeks at one client sometimes longer
