Dear Michelle,
While not an immigration expert, my understanding is that a skilled workers visa is applicable to a particular job. If you change your job while on a skilled visa it then becomes null and void. Care work is not generally considered for a skilled work visa regardless of the employer. However, limited work visas have been made available to some care companies to try and address the shortages of care workers in the uK. Consultus is part of this programme. I suggest you contact our recruitment department through the consultus.com website and discuss with them.

Hello🙂I understand that 1 cannot work in Consultus if one is not a BP etc holder. So if I do come to the UK as a Skilled Worker and have employment in Care, after how long will I be able to apply at Consultus or is there no possibility of this happening?
