Hi silvana. You will need either a British passport or an ancestral visa. If that is in order then I would suggest that you look on our website and contact the lady that does the employment for the Cape. Unfortunately there are not many caring companies that do sponsorships. All the best

I was under the impression a EU visa was suitable?

I'm not 100% sure , we are no longer in the EU you might need a visa. On an English passport we can't work in Italy. You would need to call the British consulate for that.. it has nothing to do with the caring company
