Hello everyone

I am trying to find out if Managed Care will affect my current status in any way.
I am registered as Self Employed in England and I have been working as a Self Employed Live-In Carer in England.
I am a British Citizen. I live in Spain. I am a Spanish Resident. I pay my taxes in Spain.
I have finally figured out how to deal with being Self Employed in England and living in Spain. What I would now like to know is if Managed Care will change or affect my current situation in anyway, or does it remain the same as being Self Employed?
