Hi, I wanted to know what paperwork is involved with applying for the care assistant roles, I was accepted by one agency as I have care experience and references but then weeks later they stopped my document process because they wanted two proof of UK address, I had my bank statement and the utility bill was in the landlords name which they didn't accept. I have no other document that could fulfill their requirement in the time they asked. I was wondering before I apply with you to be clear that I know and no time is wasted. I have a basic DBS done this Jan. I just need to update some carework training.
