GoodAfternoon

Im an expirienced Live in Carer around 5 years of expirience
Im an Alzheimer's carer , how ever ive worked 2 years as a realist carer where i worked with several Health conditions clients
Im still with my company however
Im a self employed for the past 2 months on 2 on 2 off based in Guilford
Ive got English driving licence
I drive disabled Vans
Manual and automatic
Fully Vaccinated
Im very much interested to joyn your company and cover the 12 weeks Christmas proposed, but aswell stay with the Company long term
Where i keep my rotation 2on 2 off if possible

Apologies for the late response . I agree with Carol above.
Your experience is invaluable. I am not sure if you have made contact with the office yet.
i personally have found Consultus a very professional company to work for and I am sure they would be able to work around your requirements.

Some things to have ready before contacting them...
Up to date DBS
Driver's licence
Proof of any certificates and or testimonials
Proof of public liability insurance
Tax reference

Then you should be good to go
