I would suggest within 24 hours of travelling. Take the usual precautions when travelling by train to give yourself peace of mind. Take care. ☺️

I agree with Judith above. However if you feel in any doubt perhaps 48 hours that way you will have time to notify Consultus should the test be positive. This gives them time to find a replacement

I would be interested to know when carers are taking the test prior to a new booking - especially those who travel by train?
