Hello, I have some questions before I apply as live in carer

• about travel cost. I often see - as agreed this costumer. What does it mean? Who makes agreement? Carer or Consultus? What live in carer can expect? That every place will be different? What does it mean for me if I live overseas right now? Sure, I pay for my flight but what since I am in UK?
• I see that Consultus offer both PAYE and self employed. Is the pay rate the same for PAYE and self employed or it differs? What is the most conman option carers chose and why? What is considered as outgoings for self employed live in carer?
• I know that most common work pattern is 2-3 weeks on rota but is it possible to work longer periods lets say 6-8 weeks?
